These type of hitches use the trailers own tongue weight to apply lifting pressure withy the torsion arms.
Lift the truck back to stock riding height.
This improves the safety of towing, especially steering and braking.
I purchased this From the selling dealer, stating it would work.
It did work great except it provided too much assist.
I purchased the lower weight model and was perfect.
