As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties:
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
- Assist with kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and assisting with any inquiries
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Follow all safety and health regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations
- Knowledge of culinary techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
