Gymnastics Coach

Christi’s Family Fitness is looking to add a positive and dependable person willing to work as a team for the success of our Gymnastics program! Candidates must enjoy working with children.
We are currently hiring for all instructor levels from Preschool, Recreational, J.
O.
Development, XCEL, & Birthday Parties! Basic knowledge or experience as a gymnast is great, but we train people from all backgrounds who are willing to learn.
Requirements: · Previous youth coaching or mentor experience preferred but not required.
· Attention to detail, especially in areas of safety.
· Ability to build meaningful relationships with both youth and adults.
· Enthusiastic about working with youth - previous experience is preferred.
· Ability to resolve any conflict or disagreements that may arise.
· Desire to promote a positive learning environment for every child.
· Desire to grow and lead within Christi's Gymnastics.
Christi's Gymnastics Coaches are responsible for: · Arriving to work on time and with a great attitude.
· Maintaining a fun and safe environment at all times.
· Teaching progressive gymnastics classes in one of our many departments.
· Creating your own lesson plans and tracking skill development.
We provide the resources, but you get to be creative in how you want to teach your gymnasts.
· Communicating with gymnastics parents about their child’s progression in your classes.
Our coaches play a key role in their development as a child and as an athlete.
· Assist in light cleaning and sanitation duties to keep our gyms fresh and ready for the next round of classes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.
