Join us in Beingthe Difference! What you will have an opportunity to do: We are looking for a competent and passionate Food Expeditor to join our team! As a Food Expeditor at Costa d' Este, your main duty will be to keep the efficient workflow between the kitchen and the tables.
You will work in a fast-paced environment so your goal will always be quality and accuracy in a timely manner.

Your role: Be thoroughly familiar with the menus, ingredients, and methods of preparation for each dish.
Plan and manage the order flow.
Make sure that all the orders are prepared in time.
Assist and manage the final preparation of different food and dishes.
Control and oversee dishes before they leave the kitchen to ensure accuracy and that presentation meets the Costa d' Este standard.
Ensure adherence to all relevant quality and sanitation rules and regulations.
Provide assistance in cleaning activities.
Serve as a contact point for the kitchen and the servers.
Take care of customers with special needs and requests.
Ensure excellent guest service.
Give suggestions for the improvement of the restaurant’s offerings and reputation.
Execute a variety of different tasks as needed in accordance with managers requests and directions.
Consistently delivers courteous, professional service.
Assist the F&B Team when needed as Server Assistant and In-Room Dining.
Clear tables as needed and reset with proper setup.
Assist with opening and closing side work.
Deliver In-Room Dining when needed.
Maintains high standards of cleanliness (personal appearance, equipment, and facility) always.
The ideal candidate will have: 1-2 years of experience as food expeditor or similar position In-depth knowledge of all relevant health and safety guidelines and regulations A culinary background with hands-on experience with a variety of kitchen equipment tools Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills A guest-oriented mindset.
