Bartender

```Job Summary``` We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at Two Georges.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

```Responsibilities``` - Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately - Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and customer preferences - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including organizing supplies and cleaning glasses - Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences and menu offerings - Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system - Monitor alcohol intake of customers to ensure responsible drinking - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for guests seated at the bar - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations ```Experience``` - Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred - Knowledge of POS system is a plus - Strong math skills for accurately processing payments and making change - Familiarity with food safety guidelines and procedures - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials At Two Georges, we offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
