Principle Duties and responsibilities:
Maintain a clean work environment.
Maintain safe and sanitary food handling pactices.
Follow method of production functions per established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Willing to gain a solid understanding of Good Manufacturing practices and Food Safety.
Stage ingredients accordingly to recipe by accurately weighing and measuring.
Be able to safely and effectively operate equipment used in production.
Assist Sanitation Team with cleaning and sanitizing as needed.
Accomplish all planned line operations according to the Production Schedule.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Able to walk and stand for long periods of time, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
The ability to read, write, and comprehend the information provided.
Willingness to follow protocol, standards, and regulations.
Good vision and sense of smell.
Ability to remain alert and focused on the work.
Performs jobs as assigned and follows directions with a good attitude.
ability to communicate with Supervisor and Co-workers.
