Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
Effective communication skills to minimize errors and clearly convey project goals, expectations, and updates to team members and stakeholders.
Solid organizational abilities, including multitasking and time management.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical issues that may arise during the implementation and maintenance of the ERP system.
Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.
