As of April 2024, Green Dragon has 37 dispensary locations throughout Florida! We are seeking a motivated candidate with a strong work ethic for our Driver-Inventory Specialist position in Fort Pierce, Florida.
*This position will assume all responsibilities as a Budtender when not performing driver duties.
*
*Primary Responsibilities*
* Picking and packing orders for the store and production work center replenishment orders
* Managing inventory at the hub and retail stockroom to insure accurate inventory levels to prevent stock outs through schedule cycle counts
* Intake incoming shipments from the distro hub or from 3rd party vendor
* Maintaining quality standards so that customers are always receiving products that are of the highest quality
* Adhering to compliance protocols to remain compliant with OMMU
* If at a satellite hub: Processing returns to be sent back to distro hub, and assisting the retail staff with other operations as needed
*Secondary Responsibilities*
You will be required to drive 1-2X per week
* Driver
* Load cargo van morning of delivery
* Check accuracy of manifests and physical product
* Drive cargo van to deliver products to retail locations within the satellite hub’s region on planned route days
* Adhere to drop off procedures to insure that the right products are delivered to the right location
* Pick-up an returns
* Responsible for following vehicle maintenance schedules to insure vehicle is operating at optimal levels
* Oil Changes, tune-ups, tire rotation, cleaning van, etc…
* Maintaining accurate logs for services and fuel
* Adhere to Florida OMMU driver guidelines
*Budtender Responsibilities*
* Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
* Responsible for the proper and accurate use and training of the POS, cash handling, safe audits, and change drops
* Greets and checks in customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
* Assists customers in-store, on the phone, and processing online orders
* Encourages sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
* Ensures compliance with legal requirements and has a full understanding of the training and compliance binder
* Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
* Upholds the Company policies and procedures and MED compliance standards
* Upholds visual merchandising standards, checking that proper signage, price tickets, marketing materials, etc.
are visible and updated
* Responsible for maintaining a clean, neat, and well-stocked store as well as ensuring general housekeeping duties are upheld
* Maintains a positive attitude that creates a positive work environment
*Job Skills and Requirements*
* Florida Driver’s License
* Clean driving record
* 2 years’ experience driving cargo vans or similar large vehicles
* 1-2 years of warehouse experience
* Understanding of inventory management processes
* Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
* Basic computer skills
* Must be able to successfully pass a Level 2 background screening
