Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Four Year Old Teacher to join our team.
As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide support to ensure academic success.
Duties: - Create and deliver lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards - Implement effective teaching strategies to engage students in active learning - Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs - Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive and respectful learning environment - Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students - Utilize technology and other resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns Skills: - Strong understanding of childhood development principles - Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting - Knowledge of special education practices and strategies - Excellent classroom management skills - Ability to effectively manage student behavior - Knowledge of early childhood education principles - Familiarity with literacy education strategies - Experience in planning individualized instruction based on student needs - Understanding of early intervention techniques If you are a dedicated individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young learners, we encourage you to apply for this position.
