Job Summary
Cheney Brothers is looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our sanitation team.
Job Responsibilities/Requirements
Work closely with sanitation manager to manage production, staffing, performance, schedules, and cleanliness levels.
Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout the department.
Effectively lead and delegate to department associates.
Work closely with sanitation manager and operations vice president regarding Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) documentation.
Coordinate and effectively communicate daily with sanitation manager and operations vice president.
Contribute to continuous improvement process.
Coordinate and engage with the Safety Committee to ensure a safe work environment.
Ensure safety of team members.
Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area.
Must be able to work in all types of temperatures.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and work consistently with all food safety, quality and sanitation requirements.
Microsoft Office experience is required.
Prior supervisory experience is required.
Requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and strong attention to detail.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Other duties as assigned.
