Wellstart is a direct to consumer provider of continuous glucose monitors, insulin pump supplies, and other diabetes testing supply products.
The Company provides patients with education, support, and access to a fast, simple, and reliable way to obtain diabetes supplies on a recurring basis.
*Job Description: *
Be the bridge between business and data! This Business Analyst role plays a key role in optimizing Wellstart's operations by analyzing data to identify inefficiencies in workflows and processes.
You'll partner with stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and drive business growth.
You'll also be instrumental in empowering leadership teams with clear and actionable insights derived from data and the latest technologies.
*Major Areas of Accountability: *
* Drive operational efficiencies by analyzing order-to-cash processes and identifying improvement opportunities
* Develop standard reports for key stakeholders around teams, products, and customers and implement improvements and solutions based on those insights
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and provide analytical support
* Ensure accuracy and reliability of reports through rigorous data validation and quality assurance processes
* Take ownership of data issues, serving as the first line of defense from identification to resolution, and escalating as necessary
* Understand various source data systems and synthesize reliable, homogenous results
* Use data visualization tools to communicate trends, patterns, and key metrics effectively
* Adhere to strict healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, to ensure data privacy and security
* Communicate effectively, written and verbally

*Essential Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Proven proficiency in database and querying toolsets (such as T-SQL, MS SQL, Pervasive, MySQL)
* 3 years of relevant work experience
*Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: *
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Experience with database design and querying
* Experience working with data visualization tools such us PowerBI or Tableau
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.
00 - $70,000.
