We need: CNA license or HHA certificate CPR card Level 2 Background Liability insurance Doctor's Physical and TB record CEU's (HIV, HIPAA, Abuse & Neglect ,Patient Rights, Alzheimer's, Domestic Violence) If you do not have these, they can be done here or online.
