Grey kitty with floof tail

He little.
He grey.
He needs a house to stay.
His lil tail is double jointed or something.
It lays flat against his back, like the pepe le pew cartoons with their tails up by their ears.
It's not worked I think he just like it like that? You can ask him yourself.
Anyway, he's kinda aloof, easy going.
