Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files related to real estate transactions
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and organizing files
- Assist in negotiating contracts and lease agreements with clients and vendors
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) software to track client interactions and maintain a database of leads and contacts
- Coordinate property maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of any issues
- Utilize computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track and schedule facility repairs and maintenance tasks
- Assist in facilities management, including coordinating repairs, inspections, and vendor services
- Identify upselling opportunities and provide recommendations to clients for additional services or property improvements
Experience:
- Previous experience in real estate or property management preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Knowledge of contract negotiation and lease agreements
- Familiarity with facilities management processes and CMMS software
