Real Estate Bookkeeper

With 29% growth in 2023, PVR is looking for a full time bookkeeper to work in our Ft.
Pierce office and help our team grow to the next level.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of bookkeeping experience, be a self starter and have a high level of attention to detail.

A background in hospitality is strongly preferred.
*Qualifications* * 2+ years bookkeeping experience * Understanding of GAAP and technical accounting principles * Experience in 1099 tax preparation and reporting * Experienced with Microsoft Products such as excel * Ability to work in a fast paced seasonal environment * Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively *Duties:* * Maintain Accurate financial records * Manage/Maintain trust and client liability accounts * Prepare Reports for Senior Management * Perform Account Reconciliations * Process Invoices, receipts and payments * Prepare and file monthly taxes for multiple counties * Support Hospitality staff in day-to-day tasks and projects * Purchasing, procurement and rebilling * Quality Assurance and Contract Compliance * Maintaining website, listings, software, social media, guest and client platforms * Payroll Processing and reporting * Collaborate with Accounting staff in budgeting and analytics * Interacting with clients, HOA associations and Vendors Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.
