Assistant Property Manager/Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team.
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will work closely with the Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties.

Responsibilities: - Assist the Property Manager in managing all aspects of property operations - Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Conduct property showings and assist with tenant screenings - Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations - Maintain accurate records of rental payments and expenses - Assist with property maintenance, including scheduling repairs and inspections - Ensure compliance with Section 8 and Fair Housing regulations - Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants - Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining databases Qualifications: - Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures - Familiarity with property management software is a plus - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Understanding of basic property maintenance principles - Knowledge of Section 8 and Fair Housing regulations is preferred - Ability to handle conflict management situations effectively If you are a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and providing exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
