We are urgently seeking experienced Property Preservation Vendors, Handyman and General Contractors in Florida especially in St.
Lucie County, Indian River County, Martin County, Palm Beach County, Okeechobee County, Brevard County, Osceola County and surrounding areas.
Jobs includes: - Trash Out - Lock Change - General Property Preservation Tasks - Drywall - Winterization - Roof & Gutters - Fence Repair - Interior & Exterior Handyman Services - Lawn-care - Minor Plumbing and Repair Requirements: - Familiar with PPW (Property Pres Wizard) Mobile App - Must be able to take detailed photographs as per instruction.
- Ability to bid on all damages at the property.
Payment: -We pay on the following Monday 7 days from the submission of a work order with sufficient photos, bids, and information that is required by our clients Note: We pay an additional amount for OUT OF AREA coverage and RUSH work order.
