Looking for room or suite (Vero Beach)

I'm looking for a room or suite in Vero Beach Florida I can pay $600 a month and do some housework I am not looking for someone who drinks and I have to take care of I am not looking to be a housekeeper or a babysitter unless I do that and get paid no rent I'm not interested and give $600 a month cash.

I am clean responsible and have references I must have rent receipt or rent agreement I do not smoke or drink and I am not interested in sex I put ad up and it's just disgusting what I get if someone is kind and understands what I need and can do it on a professional basis let's talk .

I am looking for at least 6 months if not 1 year.

however it can only pay by the month if you even have a small place that you're not using and you're not there a lot I will rent that .

I have no records at all I will do a fingerprint you could do background check whatever you want please I just need a quiet place where people don't take drugs or drink or steal and will give rent receipts.
