Senior woman in search of private room (Vero/ Sebastian)

Senior, retired, professional female in search of peace and quiet.
I'm looking for a private room, private bathroom not necessary (but desirable), to share the kitchen and the laundry room, and the use of any outside porch or patio.
I use a walker and public transportation which I arrange via telephone to get around.
I have a shih tzu for 14 years so he is family.
I am an outside smoker of of 54 years but only a few cigarettes.
My hobbies are gardening and reading.
I would like to share with someone similar.
