Married Couple Looking For Room In Stuart $800

My husband and I are looking for a room in Stuart to move into by the 3rd of May.
We will have cash for one month's rent to move in with.
We have one cat and he has tags, leash, harness, litterbox and a crate.
Private room with private bath preferred.
We are tobacco and 420 friendly.
We don't have a vehicle right now but plan on getting one in the near future.
My husband works 40 to 50 hours a week as a general manager at a restaurant and I do comedy podcasts streams at least twice a week to make money from home.
A great Internet connection is definitely preferred.
We're in between homes as we plan getting our place maybe in 12 months but we're negotiable with pricing and length of term.
