Looking for nice room in pool home (PSL or Jensen)

Hello.
I'm looking for a room in a private home that has a pool.
Heated pool is a plus.
I need a place where I can do private one-on one swim instruction a few days a week, mostly for adults.
I'm a self-employed female senior citizen and have been a Red Cross certified Water Safety Instructor and Lifeguard for decades.
I carry liability insurance, of course, and would add you as additional insured.
I would contribute to pool expenses and give you a percentage, plus lessons for your family if desired.
In the summer I run a large swim program that I founded 20 years ago at Ravenswood Pool.
I do this 2 nights a week.
I rent the pool from St.
Lucie County and I list them as additional insured.

I need a place at least through October, longer to be determined.
Cleanliness is essential.
Private bath is a plus.
