You’ll have access to living room, kitchen, lanai, backyard, washer/dryer, and 1 parking spot in driveway.
You can smoke outside and a few drinks are okay but absolutely no drug use.
No overnight visitors and sorry no pets.
About the roomies
Home is shared with 2 working roommates in their mid/late 30’s however you will only be sharing bath with 1.
Home is split floor plan so one of the roommates will be on the other side of the home with their own bathroom.
$900/mo + 1 month $900 refundable security deposit to move in ($1800 total).
