Marine Bank is seeking a Marketing & Sales Support person to add to our team.

Position Overview
Primary responsibilities include assisting and organizing marketing efforts and sales strategies.
This position will support the bank in its smooth operation of sales tracking and reporting as well as the coordination of all branding related events.
This work is important to assist the client facing sales and operations as well as contribute to the growth of the bank.
This position will support both the lending and deposit efforts of the bank and will report to the Director of Client Experience.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the announcement of events and activities and marketing related items on bank’s intranet
Coordinate all marketing related items for blitzes, call efforts, bank sponsored events, internal relationship efforts, sales promotions
Maintain a Bank Marketing and Event Calendar
Prepare bank for sponsored events, call blitzes, branding opportunities by managing the logistics of give a ways, flyers, mascot appearances, food etc.
Attend and assist bank at marketing events with items, tents, banners, tablecloths etc.
Serve as administrative liaison between bank and Electrum Branding
Coordinate, examine, and develop external bank sign ideas for advertising at 3 locations, keep information current, relevant and interesting
Coordinate new client survey efforts ensuring delivery and tracking
Ensure all bank events are announced, and work with marketing company to follow up with social media placement, review social media, and suggest improvements
Assist with the development, editing, proofing for bank marketing material, ads, flyers etc.
Attend and assist bank at marketing events with items, tents, banners, tablecloths etc.
Coordinate internal marketing sponsorship requests.
Work with accounting to track and produce reporting on marketing related expense for each banking center and the lending areas
Prepare MBX packages for new employee orientation
Compile and analyze market promotions, fee information and competitive information from other financial institutions.
Produce monthly sales reports covering deposit growth, referral activity, fee income and client satisfaction
Always represent bank in a positive manner with clients and team Marine
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or other training or certification
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to be a team player and work across business lines
Strong organizational skills and computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook.
Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
Ability to interact with all levels of the bank and maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
Proven understanding of banking is desired
Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
