AUTOMOTIVE INTERNET DIRECTOR

The internet director works in conjunction with the leadership team to develop, communicate and deliver retail sales goals.
This individual oversees the daily management of the internet sales department and digital marketing efforts of the dealership.
With a hands-on approach, the internet director is involved in many aspects such as lead management, and lead provider management.
Duties and Responsibilities: * Manages the daily operation of the internet sales team including hiring and onboarding, training and talent development, monitoring daily call metrics, engaging with the team and inspiring optimal performance, offering meaningful guidance and support, and delivering ongoing performance feedback.
* Responsible for helping to develop appropriate call and sales metric guidelines geared towards achieving defined sales goals.
* Works closely and constructively with leadership and team members across the organization to improve internal process and procedure based on observation and team member and client feedback.
* Works collaboratively with ad agency to see that all digital advertising efforts are in place.
* Social media management and content posting * Meet with vendors and monitor lead performance * Research and compare marketing options * Create email campaigns Qualifications * Eleads experience is a must * Strong drive for success * Extensive Internet Sales Experience * CDK experience preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.
00 - $120,000.
