These rules are intended to promote the peaceful enjoyment of living in our community.
GATHERINGS: Gatherings of more than the maximum number of people allowed in this property at any given time is 6 people.
Events and Parties of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
SWIMMING POOL AND POOL AREA
Persons shall shower before entering the pool.
NO GLASS of any kind is allowed in the pool area.
Only swimwear may be worn in the pool.
No persons who cannot swim will be allowed in the pool without supervision.
No animals are allowed in the pool area.
The use of the pool area is for residents and guests only.
GARBAGE COLLECTION
Please have your garbage packed into large plastic bags or container out in front of your home Monday and Thursday.
Monday is also recycling day.
All recyclables can be placed in one bin.
All trash bins MUST be placed by the road before pickup and removed from curbside on the day of scheduled pickup.

We are always available to call or text up until 8:30 pm at night.
I do have a local crew that can handle most issues.

We have no problem with you bringing the boat for a couple of friends (or family) Fishing Vacation.
