URGENTLY seeking a rental house, preferably with 3 OR MORE ROOMS, in the Sebastian/Vero Beach/Palm Bay area.
The house would be for 3 ADULTS, with 2 small litter-trained cats.
Rent would need to be less than or equal to $2,000.
We unfortunately are very tight on funds - we do have money to pay towards the moving fees, but likely not all of the typical first/last/security deposit.
At this time we are desperately in need of a house - most likely less than 2 weeks to find and finalize, so any and all information, recommendations, or help would be greatly appreciated.
I am writing this on behalf of my elderly grandmother who is effectively being preyed upon by a landlord and charged incessant and illegitimate fees, and we are likely soon to be evicted.
